Your options
All privacy requests are handled by the privacy team at privacy@pornmeter.com. Depending on your jurisdiction, you can:
- Request access — ask what personal data, if any, we hold that relates to you.
- Request correction — ask us to fix inaccurate personal data.
- Request deletion — ask us to delete personal data we hold about you.
- Object or restrict — object to processing based on legitimate interests, or ask us to restrict it.
- Opt out — where applicable state law provides it, opt out of "sale", "sharing" or targeted advertising. PornMeter does not sell personal information as most laws define it.
- Withdraw consent — where processing is based on consent.
When you write, tell us which right you are exercising and roughly when you visited the site. Note that PornMeter has no user accounts: for most visitors, the only data that could relate to you are short-lived technical logs and affiliate click records keyed by IP address, so we may hold nothing identifiable once logs rotate. We may ask for information necessary to verify your request.
Cookie settings
Cookies used on the site are listed in the cookie policy. You can delete or block them in your browser settings; to opt out of Google Analytics you can additionally use Google's opt-out browser add-on.
Escalation
If you are unsatisfied with our answer, you may complain to your local data-protection authority — for the EEA your national supervisory authority, for the UK the ICO, for Brazil the ANPD. The full picture of what we process and why is in the privacy policy.
